Breckon & Breckon is a respected estate agency with branches across Oxfordshire, known for their client-focused approach and strong local presence. The Witney branch, situated in a prime town centre location, is a hub for property sales and community engagement.
What Breckon & Breckon needed.
When Breckon & Breckon decided to relocate their Witney office, they needed a single point of contact to oversee the entire move and ensure a seamless transition. The challenge was to find someone who could coordinate all aspects of the project—from liaising with suppliers to managing design and print requirements—while maintaining consistency and quality across every touchpoint. They were seeking a partner who could take initiative, handle day-to-day operational support, and ultimately become the go-to for all their design needs
Our Approach.
Since October 2020, I have become the trusted design partner for the Witney branch, managing both print and digital projects. My role began with full coordination of the office move, working closely with the Breckon & Breckon team to manage suppliers, oversee logistics, and ensure the new branch was ready for business. Today, my ongoing retainer covers all aspects of their design requirements. I handle everything from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring every piece—whether a digital asset or printed material—is produced to exact specifications and delivered ready to use.
A standout element of my work has been the design and management of the office’s media screen. This high-visibility digital display features weekly quizzes, ‘Home of the Week’ showcases, and adverts for local businesses, making it a focal point for both staff and visitors. In addition, I produce a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures for high-value clients, in-branch signage, and branded materials to support the team’s sales and lettings activities. My support extends to assisting with day-to-day IT operations, such as user management on their network, telephony systems, and the setup of their Street.co.uk CRM.

Results & Impact
By providing a single, reliable point of contact for all design and operational needs, I have enabled the Witney branch to operate more efficiently and present a consistently professional image. The streamlined process for design and print requests means the team can focus on their core business, confident that every brief will be delivered on time and to a high standard. The media screen has become a key engagement tool, enhancing the branch’s presence in the local community and providing new opportunities for collaboration with other businesses.
